After your preparer uploads the budget in Salesforce, ExpandED Schools will approve the budget.  Once the budget is approved, funds will be sent to the bank account on file with ExpandED Schools for your CBO. 

Be in communication with your fiscal team to make sure the funds are allocated to the program site participating in STEM Educators Academy.

Please note that grant payments are split in half and issued twice a year. So if your grant award is for $1000, you will receive a $500 payment after your budget is approved and the final $500 after you report your expenses at the end of the fiscal year.
